Stress Management Workshops

My popular Workplace Wellbeing Workshop  combine my 20 years corporate experience including 7 at Director level, with my training in sound therapy, workplace stress management and the physiology and psychology of stress, to really help to create change.

The workshops help employees to understand what happens to the body and mind when under stress, the difference between helpful stress and unhelpful stress and it's effects on health and performance and they provide a toolkit of techniques to cope with stress. 

The workshops help to improve organisation performance by improving overall wellbeing which increases team working, problem solving, loyalty and creative thinking  and reduces absenteeism and sickness.

Wellbeing Workshop - Running from Tigers?
A session suitable for all employees with and without people management responsibilities. 
Employees find that the scientific and experiential nature of this workshop  changes their thinking about stress. 

The workshop includes 
The science of stress, what stress feels like and why, the impact of stress  on performance and healthy workplace practices. The session also includes tips on how to use breathing techniques, stretches and the reflective process to manage stress.
To help employees to experience what relaxed feels like I recommend that a soundbath relaxation is also included to round-off the workshop.


Stress Awareness for Managers - Creating Tigers?
As above but with more focus on healthy management practices that stimulate employees and maximise performance without creating undue stress as well as more focus on how to identify when a team member might be experiencing unhealthy levels of stress and how to intervene.
