Join me and Alison Gough Yoga on 8th-10th November for a luxurious weekend of yoga, meditation, sound therapy and relaxation all set in the beautiful surroundings of Eaton Manor, a 500 acre country estate within the peaceful Shropshire countryside.
THE VENUE
Your home for the weekend will be the stunning Manor House within the Eaton Manor estate which dates from the 17th century.
The Manor House features original exposed beams and oak floors. Each bedroom is individually decorated and is en-suite. The luxury master bedroom has a four poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower.
The House stands in an acre of private walled gardens and benefits from superb views over the countryside. In addition to a lovely outdoor patio there is a welcoming sitting room complete with Victorian range, ideal for relaxing during the retreat. https://www.eatonmanor.co.uk/
All yoga sessions will be held in the banqueting hall which is a short walk from the Manor House and within the Eaton Manor estate.
SCHEDULE*
Friday
Arrivals will be from 5pm to allow you time to settle in and familiarise yourself with your new luxurious home for the weekend. You’ll then enjoy dinner, after which will be a deeply relaxing iRest® yoga nidra practice to prepare you for a good night’s sleep.
Saturday
The day will start with an energising yoga practice with Emma, followed by a hearty breakfast, some free time and a guided meditation practice. After lunch, you’ll have some free time to maybe take a walk and enjoy your surroundings, relax in the comfort of the Manor House and read a book or enjoy a private yoga, iRest or sound therapy session tailored just for you**.
This will be followed by a yin yoga workshop with Alison and a nourishing evening meal. The day will end with a treat of a gorgeously relaxing Soundbath session.
Sunday
Your day will once again start with energising yoga with Emma before breakfast, after which you’ll enjoy a meditation practice before it’s time to say goodbye at around 11:30am, taking with you wonderful memories, friendships and a goodie bag full of treats!
DINING
All meals are included and dining will take place in the Manor House which boasts a gorgeous kitchen/dining area. Food will be vegan, nutritious and delicious! Please advise of any allergies/intolerances at time of booking.
ACCOMMODATION
All rooms are twin with en-suite shower rooms with the exception of the master bedroom which has a double four poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. The property benefits from wifi and each room has its own TV.
